NECA Boston proudly celebrated women industry achievers past and present at our 6th annual NECA/IBEW Women in Construction Dinner at Port 305 in Quincy, MA. Held during Women in Construction Week, the event was the perfect opportunity for NECA Boston Contractors, IBEW partners, and construction industry professionals to spotlight and celebrate the impact of women in the industry.
We brought together a group of 45 industry women representing the full spectrum – WBE owners, apprentices, foremen, management, journeymen, estimators, engineers, PMs, safety directors & instructors – to network, talk shop and shared experiences, cross career paths, and simply enjoy the company of peers.
This was just another reminder that our industry is rich with intelligent, hardworking, gifted, and supportive, women – and NECA Boston contractors and IBEW 103 are certainly well represented.
