In memory of the late Francis “Fran” Angino, a luminary in the construction industry, NECA Boston proudly announces the Francis "Fran" Angino NECA Boston Annual Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship Fund is designed to advance supporting eligible college-bound IBEW Local 103 electricians that work for NECA Contractors for construction management education.

What is the Selection Process?

The Scholarship Committee, comprised of two NECA Boston contractors and Mrs. Angelika Angino, Fran’s widow, will review and rank each application. To ensure a completely fair review process, committee members will not see the name of the applicant. Each application is evaluated and ranked based on academic achievement, community involvement or extracurricular activities, financial need, and special circumstances.
