As we head into the Thanksgiving, we want to extend my sincere appreciation to our NECA contractors for the work you do and for the consistent engagement you bring to our association. Your participation strengthens our collective voice and ensures that NECA remains a powerful advocate for our contractors and the union workforce that drives our industry forward.
We are also deeply grateful for our IBEW partners, whose collaboration and shared commitment to quality and innovation remain the foundation of our success. The strong labor–management partnership in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire, continues to set our region apart, supporting every projects we work on with a thriving workforce.
This month’s newsletter reflects the strength of that partnership. We highlight Fischbach and Moore in our Contractor Spotlight, recap a highly informative Chapter Meeting that provided critical insight into the financial health of the IBEW Local 103 Trust Funds, and share important updates on the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law now in effect. We also celebrate the success of our recent AI Workshop, which brought members together to explore tools and training that can streamline operations and support business growth.
As we close out the year, I encourage you to stay connected through our upcoming education programs and chapter events—including our upcoming Holiday Party, Change Order Management course, and Project Scheduling & Planning training. Thank you for your continued leadership, engagement, and partnership. We are grateful for all you do, and we look forward to finishing the year strong, together.
