Partnership, Collaboration, Networking, Advocacy
This month’s newsletter highlights key themes of partnership, collaboration, networking, and advocacy within the electrical contracting industry. We’re spotlighting Cruz Electric’s contribution to South Boston’s affordable housing transformation through the Old Colony redevelopment project.

A family-run business, Cruz Electric has been a consistent and significant force in this $200 million redevelopment since 2010. The company’s involvement in creating energy- efficient, LEED-certified housing has not only modernized the historic Old Colony but also helped address Boston’s housing challenges, such as gentrification and
displacement of long-time residents.
