NECA Boston Launches Local Project Management Apprenticeship Program
NECA Boston is proud to launch a first-of-its-kind local Project Management Apprenticeship Program in partnership with ELECTRI International and American Apprenticeships Work (AAW). Set to launch in September 2025, the program will equip the next generation of electrical project managers with the skills, training, and hands-on experience needed to be successful.
This registered apprenticeship is approved by the U.S. Department of Labor and designed specifically for electrical contractors, offering a turnkey, 12-month training model combining real-time coaching, on-the-job learning, and modern online instruction. With minimal lift for employers and full program delivery managed by AAW, contractors can upskill current employees or onboard new hires with confidence.
NECA Boston is delighted to lead the way in workforce innovation and invites all member contractors to participate. Together, we’re building the future of project management—right here in Massachusetts.
