NECA Boston proudly launched the 2026–2027 Industry Executive Committee (IEC) with a full-day kickoff at the Chapter office. The two-year program is designed to give emerging industry leaders greater visibility into NECA’s operations, governance, and decision-making. The cohort includes Colby Bruce of Stewart Electrical Contracting, Matt Noon of J&M Brown, Bobby Falzone of Lynnwell Associates, Brad McCluskey of EG Sawyer, Scott Marquis of E.S.Boulos, Will Murphy of Murphy Electrical and Industrial Controls, Jeff Bodio of Lan-Tel and joined by several NECA board memebrs, including Kathy Guinee of Aetna Fire Alarm, Brian Murphy of A. Murphy, Jim Reen of Gaston Electrical, Shawn Greenwood of FBM and Caitlin Ayer of Ayer and honorary board member, Alan Scharfe who presented to the group.
The day featured an overview of NECA’s value to contractors, insights from NECA National, and a comprehensive look at Chapter operations and labor relations. Leaders from IBEW Locals 103, 490, and 567 joined the afternoon session to discuss their history, leadership, and current industry priorities, reinforcing the strength of our labor-management partnership. Our partnership with the IBEW is critical to the day-to-day success of our contractors and the continued strength and stability of the union electrical industry.
We look forward to the collaboration and leadership development this new cohort will bring in the years ahead.
