We held our NECA Spring membership meeting, this month with special guest, Kairos Shen, Chief of Planning for the Boston Panning & Development Agency. Kairos gave an insightful presentation on the current market and where things are heading in the next year. Having worked in the City of Boston for decades his knowledge of our market and the City are unmatched. The group has a robust Q&A on the many challenges we face as an industry and Kairos demonstrated his office is working tirelessly to help move us and the City of Boston forward. We look forward to continuing to work with Chief Shen and his team on future opportunities for all our members and being part of the discussion as development continues in Boston.
