NECA Contractor Workforce & Apprentice Needs Survey 2026The Apprenticeship and Training Committee is preparing for the Fall 2026 apprentice class and broader workforce planning efforts across the NECA/IBEW partnership. To support this work, we are asking all contractors to take a few minutes to share their work outlook, workforce needs, and apprentice demand for the coming year. Your input will directly inform apprenticeship enrollment, training capacity, and industry planning. As noted in the 2026 outreach, contractors should evaluate their needs carefully, particularly given the current availability of apprentices in the workforce.
