CONSTRUCTION EXCELLENCE
NECA and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) support apprentice, journeyman, and technician training through sponsorship of the National Joint Apprentice and Training Committee. It's a model education partnership that produces the best-trained, most up-to-date electrical and telecommunication apprentices and journeymen in the country. The NJATC's goal is to provide the highest quality training to those interested in a career in the various fields within the electrical industry. In addition to receiving skill training on the job, our apprentices are provided trade related classroom training that produces competency and pride that lead to true craftsmanship. Locally, the Boston Chapter co-sponsors electrical and telecommunication training programs in Greater Boston, New Hampshire, and Maine.
FOREMEN TRAINING
NECA is the leader in construction supervisory training with its comprehensive Electrical Project Supervision program.
